André Machado has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Westwing since August 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and has completed executive education programs at Harvard University in Financial Market Economics and at MIT Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy. He began his career at Itaú BBA, where he worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking divisions. He subsequently built more than a decade of experience in Supply Chain, leading large-scale operations and driving business growth, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. At Westwing, André leads the Company’s strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for customers, business partners, and shareholders.
Fábio Nishiyama is Westwing’s Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from London Business School, with a concentration in Finance and Private Equity. Throughout more than 20 years of experience, he has built a solid career in corporate finance, with extensive expertise in the retail sector. Prior to joining Westwing, he served as CFO of Boa Supermercados and Finance Director at Armac. He also led the Controllership and Financial Planning teams at Grupo Casas Bahia. Today, he is responsible for the Company’s financial and investor relations strategies, supporting sustainable growth, efficient capital allocation, transparent communication with the investment community, and long-term value creation.
Mariane Vieira is Westwing’s Chief Operations Officer. She holds a degree in Production Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Logistics Management from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP). She began her career in Project Management and Transportation. Mariane joined Westwing in 2020 to lead the expansion of Westlog, the Company’s proprietary logistics network. Since then, she has progressively expanded her responsibilities, assuming leadership of the Transportation, Inventory, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience (CX), and Analytics teams. Today, she oversees Westwing’s entire end-to-end operation, leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, business scalability, and the customer experience.
Tiffany Hashiba is Westwing’s Chief People Officer. She holds a degree in Naval and Ocean Engineering and a master’s degree in Logistics from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP). She also studied at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal. She began her professional career working on strategic logistics and planning projects. Tiffany joined Westwing in 2014 as an Entrepreneur in Residence and has since held leadership roles across several areas of the Company, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Development, Stores, Marketplace, and Technology. Today, she leads Westwing’s people strategy, fostering a strong organizational culture, developing talent, and building an environment that supports the Company’s continued growth.
Vanina Batista is Westwing’s Chief Creative Officer. She holds a degree in Design from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and furthered her education through courses in Jewelry Design and Interior Decoration at Scuola Lorenzo de’ Medici in Italy. Before joining the Company, she worked at Abril and Trip publishing houses and founded her own design studio. At Westwing, she leads the Marketing, Content, Creative, Styling, and Private Label teams. She is responsible for defining and bringing the brand’s creative vision to life, leading collaborations, campaigns, customer experiences, and product development, as well as strategic partnerships and initiatives that strengthen the Company’s positioning and drive its growth.
