Ricardo Magalhães Gomes President

Mr. Ricardo has been a senior partner at Argucia Capital Management since 2005. He served as Head of Investments at Mellon Global Investments Brazil (Portfolio Manager), where he was responsible for the equities area from 1998 to 2005. Previously, in 1997, he worked at Brookfield Asset Management (Banco Brascan), where he later led the transfer of funds to the joint venture that created Mellon Brascan Asset Management, which became BNY Mellon Arx. From 1994 to 1997, he worked at Banco Gulfinvest, managing equity operations for the bank’s treasury and equity fund portfolios. Between 1992 and 1994, he worked at Banco Nacional as an Analyst. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Systems (1992) from PUC-Rio, a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering from PUC-Rio (2000), and a Master’s degree in Production Engineering (with a concentration in Investment Analysis and Finance) from PUC-Rio (July 2003). He completed the PEC program in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at FGV Direito Rio in 2003 and graduated from the OPM program at Harvard Business School. He served as a Fiscal Council member at Refinaria Ipiranga (2007/2008) and Contax (2010/2011), and has been involved with CESP (2018/19), Smiles Fidelidade (2018 to 2021), and Neoenergia Elektro Redes since 2018. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Caixa Econômica Federal since February 2022. He holds the CFA certification granted by the CFA Institute and is a member of CFA Society Brazil. He has participated in ANBIMA’s Equity Funds Committee and AMEC’s Technical Commission, is a member of the global governance committee of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and served as president and CFO of the Rio de Janeiro chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization.

Roberto Szachnowicz Independent Advisor

Mr. Roberto is an executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles and board positions, with a solid track record in sectors such as retail, consumer goods, building materials, and industry. He has a strong background in business transformation, turnaround, operational and financial restructuring, as well as M&A processes and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has held CEO and executive leadership positions in major companies, including Tok&Stok, Etna, DPaschoal, Duratex (Dexco), Satipel, and Fortbras, standing out for leading businesses in challenging environments and implementing performance improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, having served as a board member and advisor to both national and multinational companies, contributing to strategic direction and sustainable value creation. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, a Master’s in Business Administration from FEA-USP, and an MBA from INSEAD, in addition to further education in governance, finance, and management from institutions such as IBGC, FGV, and FDC. He currently serves as a board member of several companies, supporting growth, restructuring, and governance strengthening agendas.

Pedro Tavares Martins Independent Advisor

Mr. Pedro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio, a Master’s in Economics from EPGE-FGV-RJ, an EMBA from COPPEAD-UFRJ, and an AMP from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He began his career in 1992 as a corporate finance analyst at BFC Investment Bank. In 1996, he joined Ernst & Young as a manager in the financial consulting division. He left Ernst & Young to join Globalstar do Brasil—a multinational telecommunications company—where he worked for 10 years as CFO and COO. He was a founding partner of ASK Asset Management from 2009 to 2016. Since 2016, he has been part of the executive committee of ISE Business School.

André Luis Reis Dima Domingos Independent Advisor

Mr. André is an executive with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions, with strong expertise in finance, strategy, and operations. Throughout his career, he has held roles such as CEO and CFO across various sectors, including retail, investments, and urban development, with a strong track record in business restructuring, sustainable growth, and performance management. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, capital allocation, and stakeholder relations, actively contributing to value creation and decision-making in complex environments. His career is marked by leading organizational transformation processes, operational integration, and strengthening financial structures. He holds a degree in quantitative and business-related fields, with additional training in finance and management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), combining analytical and strategic vision with strong execution and leadership capabilities. He currently serves as an executive at Stratura, contributing to business development and expansion.

Eduardo Marson Ferreira Independent Advisor

Entrepreneur and former Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board and CEO of Fundação Ezute, an organization created to integrate the SIVAM Project. He later developed projects in the civil and defense sectors, focusing on the design and management of large systems. He implemented Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and ISO 37001 Anti-Corruption certification—unprecedented in Brazil’s third sector. From 2009 to 2015, he served as CEO of Helibras, the only helicopter manufacturer in the Southern Hemisphere and part of the Airbus Group. Under his leadership, the company doubled in size, adding an Engineering Development Center and achieving nearly R$700 million in annual revenue. During his tenure, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Compliance systems were implemented—the first in an Airbus Group subsidiary worldwide. From 2003 to 2009, he led Airbus Group Brazil (then EADS Brazil). He also chaired the company’s Board of Directors in Brazil and participated on boards of several subsidiaries in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. Born in São Paulo on August 5, 1963, he studied Social Sciences with a concentration in Political Science at the University of São Paulo. He completed courses in International Trade at Funcex and Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, as well as an extension program in International Marketing at FGV and the Board Member Certification program at IBGC. He served as Chairman of the Brazilian General Aviation Association (ABAG) for two terms (2012–2015) and currently acts as past chairman. He is a member of the Advisory Board of ABIMDE and the International Affairs Monitoring Group at the Institute of International Relations of USP (GACINT-IRI USP). Among several honors, he has received the Naval, Military, and Aeronautical Merit medals, the Ministry of Defense Victory Medal, the Tamandaré Medal (Brazilian Navy), the Tobias de Aguiar Medal (PMESP), and the Grand Medal of Inconfidência (State of Minas Gerais). He was named Personality of the Year (2015) by the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Paris and recognized by SAE as a highlight in the aerospace sector, among others. For two consecutive years, he was elected Personality of the Year in the Brazilian aviation sector by readers of Aeromagazine.
