Mr. Marcello has over thirty years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain and Sustainability. He worked at Exxon, Alcoa, ALL, Alpargatas, CSN and Natura. He was also international director in the “practice of operations” of Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2014, he joined Fornax Assessoria Ltda. as Operating Partner. He has been actively involved in eight portfolio companies, via advisory boards, committees, interim management or transformational projects. In 2010, he also started to act as an adviser in closed, family-owned companies, in professionalization. He has since then served on ten boards, currently serving as chairman of the RHMED and Westwing Boards.
Mr. Antonio joined Fornax Assessoria Ltda. in September 2011, where he invested in companies from different sectors and in different stages of growth and currently serves as principal at investment team. Before joining Fornax Assessoria Ltda., Mr. Antonio worked for 4 years in the area of mergers and acquisitions in two financial boutiques. Mr. Antonio has been a member of the Board of Directors Seasafe Barcos Manufaturado SA since September 2016, Sistac Sistemas de Acesso SA since November 2017 and the Educacional Participações SA strategy since November 2019. All are companies invested by funds managed by Fornax Assessoria Ltda. He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) of Rio de Janeiro.
Mr. Fábio joined the Company in 2020 through Fornax Assessoria Ltda. Throughout his career, Mr. Fábio held the positions of Senior Consultant at Booz & Company until 2000, Associate (“Summer Associate”) at UBS London in 2001, Director of Blue Ocean Embarcações SA and Director of Kedar Empreendimentos e Participações SA, among other positions. He is currently administrator at Fornax Assessoria Ltda. and member of the Board of Directors of BR Marinas SA, SISTAC Sistemas de Acesso SA, Seasafe Barcos Manufaturado SA and Usaflex Indústria e Comércio SA He holds a BA in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and an MBA, with distinction, from London Business School. In addition, he obtained the title of CFA Charterholder by the CFA Institute in 2006.
Ms. Renata has a degree in communication / RTV from FAAP, accumulates more than 25 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Innovation and Business Strategy, including consultancies, production companies and communication agencies with customer service such as Johnson & Johnson, OI , ESPN, Natura, Mars, Bayer, DuPont, Monsanto, AB InBev, Warner, Kingston, Sonae Sierra, MaxHaus, Pearson, Nivea, Ford, Coca Cola among others. In 2012, she joined Naked Consultancy, as director and VP of service and strategy. For 4 years she worked as partner at Malagueta, a strategy and innovation consultancy, and a project incubator, with offices in the USA and Brazil, she is also a co-founder and advisor to the Agente Cidadão Organization. Since January 2019, she has been Managing Director Brazil at Geometry Global, the WPP Group’s shopper, innovation, design and experience agency with operations in 56 markets around the world.
Mr. Daniel has been responsible for Farfetch in Brazil since 2011 and in Latin America since 2017. He was part of the team that created Groupon in Brazil, leading the marketing area. He started his career as a trainee at Unilever and later developed an international career in the Fiat group, working in Italy, France, Argentina and England, in various positions in areas as engineering, business development, sales and marketing. He is also currently an independent advisor at MDias Branco (MDIA), a leading national company in the food sector, and is a mentor at Endeavor. Graduated in mechatronic engineering from the Polytechnic School and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
