André Machado CEO

Mr. André holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, with specialized courses in Financial Market Economics at Harvard University and in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy at MIT Executive Education. Mr. André has extensive experience as a CEO, beginning his career in Investment Banking at Itaú BBA, where he stayed for 3 years, before joining Vex Soluções Logísticas, where he remained for over 10 years.

Marcelo Kenji CFO and IRO

Marcelo Kenji is Westwing’s interim CEO, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. Graduated in Control and Automation Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá, with 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance. He began his career in management consulting, working on strategic planning projects and mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, such as clothing and food retail, among others. He has been CFO for 5 years, with his last experiences at MOB and La Guapa, where he headed the areas of accounting, treasury, tax, information technology, human resources and business intelligence.

Tiffany Hashiba Human Resources Director

Ms. Tiffany is graduated in Naval and Oceanic Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP (Poli-USP), with experience at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal, and a Master’s Degree in Logistics from Poli-USP, she accumulates professional experience in consulting for logistics and strategic planning projects. She joined Westwing in November 2014 as “Entrepreneur in Residence” and, over the years, has held different positions in the Company, working in areas such as supply chain, customer service, business development, stores, market place and IT. Currently, she makes sure that Westwing continues to grow based on its best asset: the westwingers

Vanina Batista Creative Director

Ms. Vanina is graduated in Visual Programming from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), with courses in Jewelry Design and Decoration at the Italian institution Scuola Lorenzo de’ Medici. In her professional trajectory, she has worked at Editora Abril and Editora Trip and was the owner of her own design studio. She joined Westwing in 2018 and today leads the team responsible for producing text, video, editorial and graphic content, delivering all the visual communication of the Company’s platforms. In addition to having the book “Meu Primeiro Livro” released, Vanina also received the 26th Veículos de Comunicação Award, promoted by Propaganda magazine (publisher Reference).
